IMPORTANT UPDATES

Text of email sent to the community 19 October 2026: 

Hello Orange Hunt Square Neighbors,

Our Annual HOA Meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, 7:00-8:30PM,Pohick Regional Library, 6450 Sydenstricker Rd, Burke, VA 22015, when we provide information on board activities the past year, budget, and what is coming up next year. During the meeting will vote on Board membership for the upcoming year. If you are unable to attend in-person, a proxy vote form will be sent out in early November. 

We are looking for residents interested in volunteering to serve on the Orange Hunt Square Homeowners Association Board of Directors and Architecture Control Committee for 2027!

Serving on the Board is a great opportunity to get involved, help shape our neighborhood, and make a positive impact on our community. If you are interested in serving or would like to learn more, please reply to this email. We would love to have your participation!

• Draft Agenda for October BoD Meeting

  • Reserve account - Discuss investment options for long-term projects per study

  • 2026 in Review - Overview for OHS Members

  • Annual Meeting - Discuss New Board Members, ACC, Agenda, Locations, etc.

  • Snow removal options/discussion for Winter 2026/27

• The next board meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 7PM. The meeting will be help via Google Meet link. Please contact the ohs_board@googlegroups.com​ to request to join. 

  • The last Board of Directors meeting was held on 27 August 2026. The August minutes will be posted in the coming days.

• No BoD meeting was held in September due to Board members' availability.

• Planned OHS HOA 2026 Annual meeting early December. Date will be finalized when local library confirms room reservation.​
